Charles G. Larkins - President, Managing and Controlling Member

Charles Larkins is the Founder, Managing Member and President of ChaDa. Mr. Larkins has over 25 years of experience in Technology, Corporate Operations, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Consulting. Mr. Larkins is responsible for the strategic direction and all day to day management of the organization.

Mr. Larkins has held senior positions including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Vice President - Operations & Engineering, and Director of Global Infrastructure at Fortune 100 companies as well as start up entities including: Hughes Aircraft Company, Inc., Ingram Micro, Inc., Bell Micro Products, Inc., Exodus Communications, Inc., Winfire, Inc., and Tierra Telecom, Inc.

Mr. Larkins studied Aeronautical Engineering at the United States Air Force Academy, and Computer Engineering at California State University, Long Beach. Mr. Larkins has served on the Board of Directors for Tierra Telecom, TMK Corporation, SysNet Systems, Digital Force, and B2B. Mr. Larkins has also served as an advisor or consultant to various companies including AT&T and QWEST communications.

Mr. Larkins has been married for 12 years and has 2 children.

 

David J. Brecher - Executive Vice President

David Brecher is the Executive Vice-President responsible for all business development and administrative functions at ChaDa. Mr. Brecher has over 17 years of experience in business development, finance, human resources and law. He has helped to raise debt and equity financing for a number of privately held companies, and comes to ChaDa from a consulting practice.

Mr. Brecher has served as Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel to a number of companies including: Interval Research Corporation, Tierra Telecom, Inc., and Winfire, Inc. He was a Senior Counsel to MCI, Inc. prior to that company’s acquisition by WorldCom, in which capacity he was responsible for third party sales channel networks.

Mr. Brecher received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from Duke University.  Mr. Brecher is active in community service, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center of Orange County.

Mr. Brecher has been married for 8 years and has 3 children.
