David Fishman - Managing Director, Strategic Decisions Group

Mr. Fishman is a Managing Director of Strategic Decisions Group, an international management consulting firm. Mr. Fishman leads the General and Financial Industries practices of SDG, and is responsible for building client relationships and leading consulting engagements with senior executives at Fortune 500 and emerging growth companies. He has expertise in strategic management, risk management, business development, finance, operations and organizational change across a range of industries. Mr. Fishman is a leader of the Value-Based Leadership and Enterprise Risk Management initiatives, two of SDG’s most successful capability programs, and is the co-developer of SDG’s Organizational Decision Making initiative, a program to help Fortune 500 companies transform their business models, decision-making, and culture.

Mr. Fishman sits on the board of several emerging growth companies. Before joining SDG, he was a consultant with the LEK Partnership and an investment banking associate with Chanin and Company. Mr. Fishman received an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and an MS in engineering-economic systems and a BA in quantitative economics from Stanford University. He is on the faculty of Stanford’s Executive Education Program.

Mr. Fishman has been married for X years and has 2 children.

Walter W. Larkins, Jr. - President, Larkins Consulting and Larkins Property Systems & Training

Mr. Larkins is the President of both Larkins’ Consulting Inc. and Larkins’ Property Systems & Training. Through these companies he advises Fortune 1000 companies on best practices for obtaining, operating and performing under federal and state government contracts.  His focus is on the aerospace and defense industries, and he consults with a large percentage of the major companies in these industries. Mr. Larkins trains the management staff and property professionals who are responsible for procurement and performance under government contracts.

Mr. Larkins is a retired Army Major, having served more than 20 years on active duty, primarily in operations and logistics. Following his military service, Mr. Larkins spent 27 years at Hughes Aircraft Company, Inc. where he held a variety of positions including Corporate Director of Property Management. During his years in the aerospace industry, Mr. Larkins became expert in the most efficient and cost effective methods of developing, implementing, and maintaining Property Management Systems including: Asset Management Systems, Special Tooling Systems, Government Furnished Material Systems, Material Management Systems, Material Management Accounting Systems, Subcontractor & Vendor Information Systems, Contract Information Systems, BAR Coding Systems, Screening by Performance Specifications Systems, and Equipment Center Systems.

Mr. Larkins holds a degree in business management from the University of Maryland

Mr. Larkins has been married for 49 years and has 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

 

Paul Nadel - Director, Global Contract Sales, Amway Corporation

Paul Nadel is the Director, Global Contract Sales for Amway Corporation. Paul's responsibilities include procuring manufacturing contract sales (selling excess manufacturing capacity) for all of Amway’s Access Business Group. Since he first joined the company in 1980, he has held a variety of positions including senior manager of tablet manufacturing, manager of research and development, and senior research scientist. His prior experience included positions as a research scientist for Whitehall Laboratories, a division of American Home Products, vice president of marketing for Thompson Vitamins, and finally vice president of sales for Prime Natural Vitamins.

Mr. Nadel holds a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from Lycoming College in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Drug, Chemical and Allied Trade Association, as well as the Council for Responsible Nutrition. In his Spare time, Paul enjoys golfing, fishing, and baseball. He has been married for 28 years, and has two children.

Dale Neill - International President, International Christian Chamber of Commerce

Dale Neill began his business activity in 1964 as the owner of companies that currently design and build projects that include Commercial Developments, Schools and Churches. Previous projects cover everything from Estates and Offices for celebrities in Beverly Hills, to urban area Shopping Centers. In addition to the core business, he currently has ownership in Coronado Motors, a boutique auto dealership, is an Executive Director in Neill Aircraft Company and serves on the Board of Directors of a number of International Organizations.

Mr. Neill is the International President of the International Christian Chamber of Commerce with membership in well over 100 nations. In addition, he carries the responsibility of the Teaching Domain of ICCC and chairs the editorial review Board that approves all ICCC materials. Neill has produced and directed three television series on business principles and business development. His experience includes coaching world class athletes, and business mentoring.

Mr. Neill is a native of California in the USA, has been married to his wife Sharon since 1963, and has two married daughters and four grandsons.
